Mediterranean Echoes is an upcoming recording by the Alekos Vretos Quartet — a Mediterranean jazz project for oud, clarinet, piano and double bass. Shaped by lyricism, improvisation and chamber-like interplay, the album explores a sound where rhythm emerges organically through the interaction of the ensemble, without drums or percussion.
